I have been utilizing Pipedrive for the past 8 years and I have to say it is easy, affordable and a must for anyone needing a CRM system.

It is a great CRM. I am a mortgage advisor and I use it very regularly for my business. Super customizable and the reporting capabilities are great also.

Surprisingly intuitive

I’ve used several CRMs over the years. I come back to Pipedrive because it’s not overly complicated but still has features I actually use. The interface is intuitive and especially like the show locations on map which helps when I’m in the field to realize what other contacts may be worth stopping by when I’m in the area.

Pipedrive is the first CRM I have used that is an enabler versus a disabler, and I have used many!

Old plan rates went up fast

I did not need the new software so I asked for a lower rate. They would not even offer a promo rate and refused a easy option. No one has authority to offer help. I had to cancel today 3/12/25

Poor Support

Very had to get help as you are assigned to their “partners”. Flow Digital is who I have and it takes multiple follow-ups over a course of weeks before questions are answered. The CRM itself is limited as well.

Pipe drive is a great CRM. Buy it.

One feature we would really like to see is that a majority of our revenue is driven by maintenance renewal. We should be able to enter a renewal date, and then have it automatically go into deals 30 days before that day. Simple and super helpful.

They won't let you cancel before your subscription expires, even without a refund, resulting in higher likelyhood that you'll forget to cancel before your term expires and them charging you for another year. They won't be helpful if you make this mistake. Terrible opportunistic company.

Does not fulfill the function of the app properly; lacks customization

We are proud users of the Pipedrive CRM for our entire organization. We pay a good bit of money for the higher plans and our seats for the CRM. But it’s extremely difficult and frustrating to use this app in the field where we make most of our money. The lack of customization and lack of development within the app isn’t what we expected. We need to be able to use certain features that other CRM mobile apps offer. Just frustrating as a high paying user of this CRM.

Terrible customer service

They created an automation for my that had some bugs snd did not work fully. I asked for help and they were not willing to male a zoom call or fix it for me. Extremely disappointed

Extremely Limited

You have very few features even if you’re paying for full plan on the web version. You can’t see projects or other sections. They really need to beef the mobile and os versions up.

So much potential!

Unfortunately this app fails short to synchronize with the application on my Mac. No leads showing when clearly I have labeled my leads. Contacts are showing duplicated images that do not match. Please fix!

Make iPad app more like browser version

I reviewed about 2 years ago and this is me following up after using in multiple different settings. I realize that this iPad setup is so inadequate because it's just the blown up iPhone version (it doesn’t even have a keyboard shortcut - evidently it’s not for iPad). Please develop a proper iPad app that mirrors the functionality and look of the web version and just include a few features that take advantage of the touch screen capability. This is lazy to be honest and you could pass all other CRM platforms by trailblazing your iPad development. I know my team might be moving away from Pipedrive, because iPads are our main mode of work.

I love a well-designed UI. This one is clear and easy and intuitive.

Love the web version, app is not as accessible.

I absolutely love Pipedrive as a whole. However, I do not like that you cannot use email templates on the app, view projects, or view attached files. Again, on a desktop, I love the accessibility, but the app is limited, and the web version on the phone is difficult to navigate.

App misses so much

Try to add a person and, at the same time add their photo, a note an address or anything besides email address and a phone, label and organization (provided you don’t miss spell or punctuate and create a duplicate) - nope, the Pipedrive App won’t do that. You have to wait patiently for a sync and then find that person in your data and add the important stuff.

Doesn’t Update

Not sure how this has more than 1 star? I’ve been working on this platform for 2 years, but only from desktop. Why? Because the app literally won’t update unless you delete and redownload the app. It’s atrocious.

Awful Customer Support

I really like the browser version, and the app is decent. Although accurate syncing is a huge problem. The absolute killer for me is how bad the support is. It’s among the worst I’ve seen. If changing CRMs was not such a colossal headache, I’d be gone already because of the support, or lack thereof.

Cumbersome, they don’t give you any support

First off, during a trial, I was promised 1:1 training. Seems like a less-than-competent staffer is the only guy they have to do that. He couldn’t get his zoom to work. 🙄 I was promised that guy would reschedule. When I asked them to do that, of course they reneged. The software is pretty clumsy. Not good coders, really, compared to the elegance and ease of use of, say, our CRM. MEH. Would not say this is top shelf material.

They won’t you cancel!!!! It’s fraud

I signed up for this and while the system may be OK, you cannot get out of it and cannot get your money back. I literally cannot cancel my account or find someone who will cancel it and the only way I can do it to cancel my credit card. Do not sign up. It’s total fraud.

Too hard to even pay a bill

I never in my life have been so frustrated and disgusted. I also give you a one star rating because there isn’t even a phone number available to call in to take care of an invoice or payment. Also, it states to go to My Account to start live chat. There is no chat button either. I am instructing my VA to do everything in her power to find a more user-friendly company that provides CRM‘s that also provides a phone number to call. This is a joke. Your company is a joke.

Pipedrive will not allow you to pause or cancel account Customer support very difficult - I suspect following their process and procedures. An above average product - however - proceed with caution if in the event of a soft year. I have several emails to support this claim Disappointing particularly for a small business who gave pipedrive an opportunity. I continue my ongoing path in an attempt to pause the continues payment

Videos too fast

Trying to determine if crm will work for us but no help in setting up. Just watch a lot of videos. Don’t think a non millennial like me will figure it out.

They just don’t care!

Pipedrive is a really great app with lot of potential but after using it for a while you quickly learn how little the management and staff care about their customers. They completely ignore any and all complaints and request by the user community. So after years of begging from the users, little to no improvement is ever done to the app. Even when it is something relatively simple to execute they still neglect it. One of the most glaring issues is the fact that the mobile app is almost useless, missing many of the core features that are required to successfully link info back to the desktop app. There is so little synergy between mobile and desktop that It almost feels as if the mobile app isn’t even made by the same company. There are many features missing from the mobile app that are on the desktop app. To make matters worse, when you talk to support, they will often tell you that they are not even planning on updating the mobile app any time soon with not even so much as a general estimate as to when they will get to it. If it all worked as intended, I wouldn’t even mind paying double for this app as, I said, it has high potential. But these guys have shown us time and time again that they just don’t care.

I try others CRM and this one is so far the best ! I been using this CRM for 5 years now and make my life so much easier, definitely I recommend Pipedrive ! You will be the next pipedriver 🤘💪

Outstanding product!

This was good at one time. Not anymore

This app freezes constantly. On mobile it’s almost unusable. On android it is even worse. Got an important file to look at? Hope you got an hour for the app to unfreeze. This app has caused so many issues during meetings I have to print everything days before hand to bring to the meeting instead of just presenting from the app. This was a great app years ago. In the last year it now has so many bugs. Buyer beware!!!!

No Projects

App is very helpful when I am not in office, only complaint is that you cannot see/edit/open projects. I would bump it up to 5 stars if not for that one hiccup!

Best CRM…

Best CRM I’ve used so far, and I’ve tried them all. I just can’t get passed the green app icon and for that reason I’m out. 😂 jk

Lacking in Functionality/Performance

The app version of Pipedrive works okay for the most part; much of what my office colleagues put into the system is visible when I’m out on the road and accessing the app. But there are two major drawbacks: 1.) Email attachments in archived emails from clients are not accessible/downloadable from the app. There is a little paperclip icon that shows that an attachment was included, and I’m sure it’s still accessible on the desktop browser side, but I have found no possible way to download the attachment from the app side. Either this is a huge oversight, a bug, or it’s buried in the UI. I would be much happier with the app if this was addressed. 2.) Performance issues and crashes. Sometimes I have to close and relaunch the app 2-5 times just to reach the information or colleague note that I need to access. Oftentimes when I’m scrolling through a client profile the app will freeze and require a full close and restart. Sometimes I can only scroll when I rotate my phone into landscape mode, as it seems to freeze less often than portrait mode does. Please fix these @app team! Pipedrive is being held back by these problems!

I’ve used pipe drive since 2015 with various companies. In the last 3 years every update has had major issues. And frankly made the product worse.

Love the App for Pipedrive

4 stars because there should better support team rather than videos or having to hire out for build out. I think the system still does not quite work the way it is supposed to. The app is great and love how I can connect leads in my phone. Additionally, why is there not a text msg system built in. I canceled the 3rd party tool. It’s too many tools And having to Zapier everything was too much fur a one lady business. Great system however for a company that builds products or specific services. The linked in feature is great for the right business model. It didn’t work for me though. I wish I had it in my last job. Thanks again!

Can not handle a reasonable size business

Data on iPhone app is never in sync as it takes too long to sync. So app is useless. Shame as it works well after deleting the app and re-installing, at least for a day. But that’s no way to work.

Missing some easy features….

I do like Pipedrive a lot it has completely organized my business. My only issue is if I look up in address in the people section same way I look up a phone number nothing comes up for an address. Running over 10 appointments daily I have multiple destinations set on my maps and when I arrive I’m sitting there clicking all 10 appointments to find the lead name. Another key feature I would love to have is to only give me employees access to certain number if time slots when they book appointments and then have it closed off after so they do not over book for a certain hour. I pay close to $1,000 a month and it seems the support is really terrible at communicating with also would love to talk to someone that can make this happen or guide me through a similar way to do these tasks.

Best CRM on the market

I’ve used every CRM in an effort to get away from excel. They all have the same problem… too many clicks to get data into the database. I always find myself back in excel so I can move FAST. I started using pipedrive as an experiment because I like how lightweight it is. It turns out that I’m using almost all the features they’ve built because it’s so intuitive and easy to use and it’s FAST. The one thing that stands out the most is their attention to detail to ensure their apps and integrations work perfectly. You can see the level of thought they’ve put into product design and user value in every aspect. 10/10 recommend for anyone serious about prospecting and closing.

Not a fit for small businesses

This crm has no way to contact for support in setting up their product and no phone number. Only chat or email. For a company to charge the fees they do you would think the customer service to ensure setup is done to meet client needs would be important but it’s not

Not good, not helpful

There is no one to speak to in order to get help. The videos are not very helpful. My company made an error leaving Acculynx, where there were fewer problems, it was more intuitive, and when a problem was intractable I spoke to actual human beings who helped me.

Single worst UX for email I’ve ever experienced

Sent clients messages from personal email because this thing is built horribly. Do not recommend using it for such, may consider switching CRM entirely over this.

Awesome!

Wow it's a simple system and layout which I love! I feel like other CRM's I looked at were way more complicated! There's a ton that's customizable and I was able to get on Zoom with somebody who helped me set it up and answered all my questions and I'm new to CRM's so that was extremely amazing! Also, there's a chat feature that you could use 24 seven if you're stuck and I'm told it's for all plans! They have a two week trial and then the pricing is pretty good as well It's definitely worth it! Thank you Pipedrive!
