Great app for tracking sales leads, using as a CRM and prioritizing your time.
Pipedrive is a great CRM for sales teams and Ive used a ton of them over the years. The visual layout of how things move through a pipeline make it the perfect sales tool. The one area lacking is reporting and they just upgraded that for the web version but the app still doesnt havent any access to that reporting and thats crucial to my knowing exactly what is happening at all time in my business so I had to give them 4 stars until thats added to the app.
This software is amazingly simple and easy to use and it allows you to track your opportunities without letting anything falling through the cracks. Visually see your workflow for each opportunity in your pipeline. Awesome customer service support and reasonably priced. Great Value!!!

Ive used a lot of crms. Pipedrive is lightweight but powerful. And has lots of integrations. We also use it for managing who owns a contact during operations.

Some bad moments

Needs work. I was told 3 months ago that there would be email integration from the app. This hasnt happened. My sent emails dont show up in my deals. Nobody has found out why.
No import contact from iPhone contactbook No realtime synchro (you have To wait, wait and wait...) between GoogleContact and PipeDrive contact No import directly from Business CardRecord to PipeDrive
- no activities icon badge number - no activity notifications: how will I remember to call that person at 3pm? - navigation could be more intuitive
Excellent, clean, GUID based CRM. Just started at a new firm with no CRM. It took me a few days but I got all their data in customized pipelines and it is helping me understand all the deals I just took on. There are some features I wish existed like an at a glance overview of all your pipelines and an executive dashboard for the mobile app. Maybe someday.
All of my teams that Ive built have been top notch, high performing sales teams. Pipedrive superpowers them. Visual outlay, easy to use, easy to integrate, and seamless communication. Much better than competitors, and Ive tried most of them. Been using Pipedrive for 2 years now and I wouldnt switch.
All of the features that my company needs in a CRM without any that it doesnt. Happy to pay a reasonable amount monthly for access to this excellent service. If you have some huge company that needs to spends thousands of dollars on a CRM, this isnt for you. If you need a convenient place to store 10-250 or so active leads, and to track all of your interactions with them, youve come to the right place.
