Great app for tracking sales leads, using as a CRM and prioritizing your time.

Pipedrive is a great CRM for sales teams and Ive used a ton of them over the years. The visual layout of how things move through a pipeline make it the perfect sales tool. The one area lacking is reporting and they just upgraded that for the web version but the app still doesnt havent any access to that reporting and thats crucial to my knowing exactly what is happening at all time in my business so I had to give them 4 stars until thats added to the app.

This software is amazingly simple and easy to use and it allows you to track your opportunities without letting anything falling through the cracks. Visually see your workflow for each opportunity in your pipeline. Awesome customer service support and reasonably priced. Great Value!!!

Ive used a lot of crms. Pipedrive is lightweight but powerful. And has lots of integrations. We also use it for managing who owns a contact during operations.

We have used PD now (everyday) for over a year. The software is logical, intuitive and very reliable. Beta opportunities enable progressive users to "test" new features ahead of general release dates and support center promotes positive feeling of co-product development atmosphere between user and developer. Videos are concise & informative with just enough humor to keep them interesting. Keep up the good work team!

Needs work. I was told 3 months ago that there would be email integration from the app. This hasnt happened. My sent emails dont show up in my deals. Nobody has found out why.

This is a crm which makes sense. Brilliant and easy to use. Great tips, tricks, videos, help and customer service. I wish I had found it years ago.

I love the Program better than the app. It works well, but is really lacking from the original Pipedrive software. Its much better on the PC. We still love it and it is a great tool for any business

Just get it. Simple as that. You will understand why its awesome once you use it.

I have utilized several CRM solutions for my company over the last several years recently, I beta-tested roughly 5 or so CRM focused apps with the goal of finding a tool to effectively manage the sales cycle while providing executive visibility (dashboard) over performance, while maintaining simplicity. After testing various apps, Pipedrive is by far the best in terms of functionality, simplicity, interface, customization, etc. They promote that the app was designed "by salespeople", and I agree 100%. Improvements I am looking forward to seeing in the future with the app itself (vs Desktop version which is feature rich)...want the app to possess many of the same features the desktop version has, such as uploading documents for each prospect ("deal"), ability to modify or customize characteristics such as goals, pipe-stages, etc, (like I am able to with desktop). Sales people are on the go & require mobility, and the app has lots of limitations in my opinion. Otherwise, very well done & 5 stars!

Simply put this is the best CRM you will find. Ive used SFDC and went through the the 1 week admin 101 class; what people forget is you need a tool that salespeople want to use and Pipedrive allows you to create that tool. Within 1 hour I was able to build a CRM more powerful than my previous Fortune 10 company had and saved over 500k - 1M doing so.

As a 28 year veteran of the sales trenches there is finally an app that does CRM from a sakes perspective that is fast, easy to use, and built from the ground up to be sakes friendly. I looked at a LOT of other CRM packages, none could touch Pipedrive. The email integration alone is enough to use it, let alone fantastic and easy to use, sales friendly interface and wonderful reporting. I just hope they dont get bought by some big company who will undoubtedly ruin the whole thing.
