PIPEDRIVE is Simply The Best! Better than Salesforce.

Pipedrive is in my opinion the best CRM sales tool that actually does what a such tool is meant to do... help Salespeople focus on sales! Other CRMs like Salesforce are heavily overloaded with functions we dont need and usability is a nightmare. But not Pipedrive, here you can easily log any activity immediately or make changes to deals or contacts on the fly! What I like most is that you have a visual overview of your sales pipeline all the time any time. The app is synced to the web application, so you have up to the second information when you are traveling to customers. The only thing I would like to ask for is please including the same pipeline views in the app as are available in the web application, such as by list, month, quarter or week. I would recommend Pipedrive to any salesperson who is tired of struggling with Salesforce and needs an easy and simple to use CRM that actually helps focus on selling, having fun and making more money.

Simple and smart

pipedrive is excellent. The first time I open a sales tool and really feel supported. It takes a few minutes and you get what and how to manage it. It wont help you to assess a buying center, manage huge numbers of field staff or support offer assembly. But given you have a small team and want to get you tasks, customers and deals managed. It is just right!

Best CRM for SME

Using it since april 2015 in my company. By far the simpliest and easiest CRM to integrate into a SME. Very intuitive, easy to format and to monitor sales cycle and interactions with prospects/clients. I strongly recommand this app!

Easy to Use

We used SalesForce prior to switching to Pipedrive. Pipedrive is so much easier to use. It takes about 10 minutes for a new person to learn. I highly recommend it!!!

Good, but needs work

- no activities icon badge number - no activity notifications: how will I remember to call that person at 3pm? - navigation could be more intuitive

I have been using pipe drive for quite sometime, its a bit pricey per user but definitely worth it.

Well made tool for crm

I find this better for me than sales force or any other cram Ive tested. Im a small business. The only downside is that often Im paying to manage leads that dont exist. The tool I find shines when you have a lot of opportunities to filter and keep track of.

For me this program is the best one. However I would like to see who is doing what each employee is doing what when I sign into dashboard. If you can somehow solve this issue and implement voip calling system and application I think this will be the best application in the market
