The most sales focused CRM that exists which aids tremendously the buy in of the sales force.

I highly recommend this CRM system over Salesforce, Avidian Prophet and other cloud based platform in the market. The UI is very clean, easy to use and the staging process is very simple. Within 2 days of the free trial, I was sold!

Best bang for your buck. Completely customizable and works perfectly. I had a question sent an email to support and within ten minutes I had a response with the exact solution to my question. That alone for me makes Pipedrive priceless. I been debating on other CRMs to use and Pipedrive making it so easy to use and support being so responsive made my decision to use Pipedrive as my CRM. So like my title says if you are selling youre doing it wrong if youre not using Pipedrive.

The best CRM is the one you will use. The trouble with most CRM is theyre very difficult to use. Clunky mobile interfaces or lack of communication features are my biggest complaints. Pipedrive addresses those issues and then some. Plus its affordable. I highly recommend it!

Excellent, clean, GUID based CRM. Just started at a new firm with no CRM. It took me a few days but I got all their data in customized pipelines and it is helping me understand all the deals I just took on. There are some features I wish existed like an at a glance overview of all your pipelines and an executive dashboard for the mobile app. Maybe someday.

All of my teams that Ive built have been top notch, high performing sales teams. Pipedrive superpowers them. Visual outlay, easy to use, easy to integrate, and seamless communication. Much better than competitors, and Ive tried most of them. Been using Pipedrive for 2 years now and I wouldnt switch.

All of the features that my company needs in a CRM without any that it doesnt. Happy to pay a reasonable amount monthly for access to this excellent service. If you have some huge company that needs to spends thousands of dollars on a CRM, this isnt for you. If you need a convenient place to store 10-250 or so active leads, and to track all of your interactions with them, youve come to the right place.

Pipedrive continues to impress me. It is very easy to use; however, it has many features and capabilities. Its not perfect for everyone Im sure, but it works great for us.

Love what is there, but lack of notifications and analytics view make it unsatisfactory. Would love to get a notification when a task is assigned to me and be able to view recently won deals, for example.

I created an all encompassing list of CRMs that provide iOS & Mac solutions. Ive spent the last two weeks signing up for free trials / testing CRMs of all kinds / evaluating them / and then making a decision for our organization. My stipulations: - clean simple design - ease of use - monetary tracking - desktop / iOS integration - communication tracking - lack of bugs - customization - minimal cost (free preferred) I almost thought I had it with BaseCRM - Nope (way too costly and not customizable enough. I came close to settling on CapsuleCRM - Nada (free was not for me... Just too clunky) Salesforce - Information Overload (the #1 CRM was way too busy for just selling services! Its not rocket science) And when I thought all hope was lost... PipeDrive. It met all my stipulations. The Co. gives you a 30 days free trial (not 14 like EVERYONE else). And only $12 per sales rep!!!! No tiered services, just a flat rate! Brass Tax: PipeDrive is for us. PipeDrive is for you! First time reviewer. Ive NEVER reviewed an app before. (That I recall)

This app over the last two years has been tweaked and expanded several times. After the most recent update I feel that I am so close to having the features of the online version in the palm of my hand. Keep up the good work Pipedrive, dont stop with this update, continue to improve the mobile app. Wonderful app and very easy to use. Very low learning curve.

Made an immediate positive impact on our sales planning with near zero training required. Excellent for organizations who want to build and manage a sales funnel. WAY better than Highrise that we had been using for years. Wish we had found this earlier.

I wanted thank PipeDrive for a simple and user friendly CRM. I tried other CRMs and they just didnt have what I was looking for. They either had unnecessary features or not enough features. But PipeDrive, you can set it up the way you like it which is great. Plus there is simple tutorial sales training and videos.

Pipedrive has proven to be an excellent solution for our sales team. The app is a solid and well thought out solution for staying connected and productive when out of the office--which is often.
