pipedrive is excellent. The first time I open a sales tool and really feel supported. It takes a few minutes and you get what and how to manage it.
It wont help you to assess a buying center, manage huge numbers of field staff or support offer assembly. But given you have a small team and want to get you tasks, customers and deals managed. It is just right!
